Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Pets are allowed, only dogs and cats must not exceed a maximum height of 24 inches at shoulder level when standing on their four legs, only one pet per room, the value per night per pet is $70,000 COP plus VAT (22 USD Approx.) ** The hotel reserves the right of admission for large, medium or highly dangerous breeds According to Law 746 of 2002: American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Argentine Bulldog, Dogue de Bordeaux, Brazilian Row, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull Terrier, AmercianPit Bull Terriet, Canarian Dam, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Japanese Tosa. Special conditions may apply for groups for more than 4 rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
