Overall very horrible experience. There is no such motel in existance, they operate from La Quintas motel and do not give importance to CLT Airport Inn customers.

It seemed like more of an expanded stay where some people were living, had dogs and were definitely smoking in the rooms even though it was supposed to be a smoke free location. The tv didn't work or the mini fridge in the room. The shower was good and the air conditioner didn't disappoint. The exercise equipment was mostly broken.

We stayed in the room about 30 seconds. The first tip-off was that they didn't have any towels. No, the first tip-off should have been that the lobby smelled like pot. No, the first tip-off should have been the holes in the walls and the filth. No, the first tip-off should have been the smell of frying fish in the hallway. Nooooooooooo. We asked for a refund as was told to contact hotels.com.

Upon check-in, we were informed there were "no towels". I asked if she meant extra and the response was no. No towels at all. Then pointed me to a local dollar store to purchase my own. Key cards did not work for the door. So a 2nd trip to the desk. The attendant walked us to our room, where all the doors on the floor were needing to be unlocked by hard keys only (she only discovered this as the other people on the floor were not able to open their doors). Once the door was opened, we discovered the following items were missing/not adequate for the room: -No blankets -No towels (previously noted)or cloths of any kind -Coffee maker, No pot -No TV -Refrigerator was warm inside -No soaps, shampoo, shower curtain, trash can, ice bucket,etc This is not a working Hotel! We DID NOT STAY. For obvious reasons, my 3rd trip to the front desk was to get a refund. Not confident in the attendants ability to process a refund correctly. Fingers crossed. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Upon check and we were given a filthy room that had not been serviced look like someone already occupied the room then when we were switched the new room the TV did not work ,no blankets On beds , one pillow with no case, and no towels whatsoever. I would not recommend and I will not be returning!!! the staff was the only positive part of the entire experience

The property had numerous individuals smoking in the vicinity, which did not appear safe for guests. The staff member was dressed in a very unprofessional manner, lacking proper attire, and her communication skills were inadequate. She was unhelpful and conducted business in a manner that favored her own group, denying services even after payments had been made. Furthermore, she remained argumentative even after acknowledging her potential mistake. It seems that this staff member should be dismissed.
