LOVED the breakfast.. especially the PANCAKE MAKER!!!! fun to watch as well as delicious. Actually, it was all fun..the staff was very helpful and cheerful.. the sausage and eggs were amazing... coffee was perfect. Even the mood of the other travelers was happy. The foosball tables were a nice touch and I took pictures of the Massachusetts Mural to remind us that there are other Massachusetts sites to visit. We will definitely visit again. And it is only a half hour from our daughter's home near Sturbridge. It was all good.

The next time we stay at TRU, we will ask to be in a room where the road noise is a little less. It was pretty loud during the night.

"Nice but inconvenient from allowing a group of kids to overtake hotel"

Staff was good, bed was comfortable, pool was clean/nice, breakfast was ok. Eggs were powder eggs not fresh eggs.

there was a group of band school students that over took the downstairs lobby during our 2 night stay. That made the hotel experience less than ideal. Wish there was a way to have known this.?!.. I would have not stayed

The staff was very nice and breakfast was great.

Our entire family got puking sick. The pool was cold and also had some methed out woman there who kept trying to touch my 1 year old son…. She got dropped off from what I can only assume was her John or Pimp and I’m not even sure she was a guest. She was so high she almost fell over. We had 2- 11YO a 9 YO and an 8 YO along with the 1 year old all wondering what her issue was. She lost her phone (right where she put it). A little more security on the hotels part would be nice and a heated pool should be heated. Won’t stay again I don’t think.
