Quality Inn St Cloud West

Prices are reasonable, staff is very friendly and the location works for us.

Having a restaurant attached is a major convenience, especially when it's a very good one! The in-room AC unit was very noisy when running. Also the bathroom fan was a bit noisy, too. The stopper in the bathroom sink didn't work. Overall, I was satisfied. Just some little things to look at.

Bathroom felt dirty and old. Staff asked for my used towels when I asked for 2 clean towels. I found that very odd.

Average hotel, liked the hot tub being a bit away from the pool. Workout room needs some care - treadmill and weight equipment did not work. Shower was warm but not hot like every other hotel we have stayed in. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows, very quiet and close to things to do.

I really enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn St Cloud the personnel were very friendly

The parking wasnt the best but everything else was good

There was never coffee, my shower was cold, the restaurant attached to it House of Pizza was amazing, they were out of juice at breakfast also, the halls were filthy

The front desk lady was VERY nice and accommodating. However when I got in the hotel room I stripped the beds to check for bed bugs and found blood on the mattress protector which is whatever it is just the protector. I then found blood on a pillow and noticed the window wasn’t locked and we were on the first floor. I went to the front desk and got a new pillow that one also looked like it had a speck of blood. The women at the desk told me to try slamming the window otherwise she had a stick I could put in the window. Well it wouldn’t lock so we used a stick.

The property was fine, other than hot tub did not work needed servicing, phone in room I was originally in and the room I got moved to did not work. Took me 1/2 hour to get the TV figured out because their direct TV box was not connected in the room I got moved to. I asked the front desk to move me because the people above me were making so much noise that I could not get to sleep.. Went to front desk at around 9: PM and asked to be moved there was a note saying that they would be back in 10 minutes I waited 25 minutes and still no one. I went back to original room and by 12:00 I again went to front desk and asked to be moved so I could get some sleep. I was moved and the rom was comped. There was a white plastic garbage bag full of garbage in the parking lot where i had to parked when I checked in at 4:00 and still there when I left at 8AM.
