I stayed at Pullman Thamrin Jakarta from May 20–22 and would like to appreciate the excellent professionalism shown by the staff during an unexpected situation. I initially stayed in room 618, but shortly after going to bed, I experienced a skin rash and contacted the receptionist around midnight. The Duty Manager, Pak Wahyu (if I remembered correctly), responded very quickly and immediately arranged another room for me. Together with Pak Pur, they also helped move my luggage to room 629 so I could rest comfortably. Although this was my first unpleasant experience after staying regularly at Pullman almost every month since October last year, I was truly impressed by how fast, caring, and professional the team handled the situation. Special thanks to Pak Wahyu and Pak Pur for their outstanding service. Their professionalism deserves recognition, and I hope their excellent work can be shared across the Accor group as a great example of customer care. I will definitely continue staying here in the future.

I recently stayed at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia for a business workshop event with ST Engineering, and overall it was a really pleasant experience. The hotel is in a very strategic location in the middle of Jakarta, making transportation and access very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which helped a lot after a full day of workshop activities. The atmosphere of the hotel felt professional yet relaxing, perfect for business events and networking sessions. The staff were also friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Meeting facilities and amenities were excellent, supporting the workshop activities smoothly. Breakfast had a good variety of food and tasted great as well. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure stays.

Kami makan malam di teppanyaki restaurant Kahyangan. Super mantap dengan experience yang menakjubkan. Seru banget apalagi di bagian dessert wah it's so amazing. Thanks for a lovely experience dinner and a lovely cake surprise for my Son's graduation. It's perfect dinner I've ever had in Jakarta.
