This hotel’s staff is really friendly and profesional . They’re also helpful and swiftly responded when i accidentally left my phone in the room and was panicking whether it was actually lost during travel or in other place. Thanks to Fira and the concierge team for helping find out and check the room as soon as i called them . Be aware that the food in sana sini resto both for breakfast and lunch here is really worth the price. The vast varieties of traditional cuisine and western options are avalaible Overall this stay was a highly appreciated experience Thanks guys

多分今まで行ったところでいちばん種類があった。 各国料理がブースごとに分かれていて１日では もったいない。３泊しましたが食べきれる種類ではありません。それぐらい選ぶのが楽しかった日本の野菜カレー日本の野菜カレーも安心の味でした。 インドネシアコーナーの｢ソト・アヤム｣はもうめちゃくちゃおいしかったし、コーナーのお兄さんもフレンドリーでした。また大事な人を連れてきたい朝食でした。 部屋の清掃、滞在中の声掛け、サービスについては みんなフレンドリー且つ丁寧。最高でした。

土地柄｢たまご｣に旨味が少ないかも。 スクランブルエッグも茶碗蒸しも旨味、甘味は もう少しあればもう言うことなし。 ルンダンがあれば食べたかったなぁー。 滞在中、スタッフ、接遇面で良くなかったと 思うような点はありませんでした。

Just hosted an event at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia – Thamrin CBD and honestly, it was a great experience overall. Everything went smoothly from preparation to the actual event. The venue is nice, clean, and perfect for corporate gatherings. The team was super helpful, friendly, responsive, and nice to work with, which made things a lot less stressful. Big thanks to the banquet team — Panji, Yono, Gito, Luther, and Artur — for taking care of everything on the day. Also shoutout to Mas Benny (sales in charge) for the great support and coordination from the beginning.❤️❤️❤️ Food was good, service was on point, and the whole experience exceeded expectations.😍 Would definitely recommend this place if you’re planning to host an event in Jakarta 👍

I recently stayed at the Pullman Jakarta Indonesia from April 13th to 14th, 2026, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was second to none. The Executive Lounge Experience A massive thank you to the Executive Lounge team—Fina, Caca, Chef Cipa, Reta, Elo, and Diro. Their warm welcome and friendly service made me feel right at home. The attention to detail and the quality of service in the lounge really elevated my stay. Room & Comfort My room was perfectly prepared and incredibly comfortable. I’d like to personally thank Rona, Mai, Jevo, Hesi, and Vania for their hard work. The amenities were excellent, and the room was a perfect sanctuary after a busy day in Jakarta. Concierge & First Impressions First impressions matter, and Mr. Ali at the concierge desk is the epitome of great service. He always had a smile on his face, was incredibly humble, and made a point to say hello every time we passed through the lobby. His helpfulness was much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jakarta. The staff truly goes above and beyond!

Good Location,short walking distance to plaza Indonesia.

This hotel's a bit of a blast from the past, and honestly, for what they're charging a night, it really needs a facelift ASAP. The wallpaper's peeling, the chair's leather is all cracked up, and the curtains are saggy, so good luck blocking out that morning sun! Oh, and the road noise? It's seriously loud. They really should've put in some soundproof glass and window frames. Furthermore, those plastic cups in the toilet that seriously needs to go. It's really worn out.. With all these, still far to reach the 5 stars hotel expectations.

The excellent hospitality started prior to arriving when, days beforehand, I received a warm and detailed email by Ms. Jennifer. When checking-in and through my stay, I was very much cared for by Ms. Reta, Mr. Agi, Mr. Aldhi, Ms. Ca and Ms. Mai. Thank you also to the pro-active Concierge Team who included Mr. Ilhan, Mr. Fadlika, Mr. Jhonatan and Mr. Pur. The Lounge and Breakfast Team Members went above and beyond in assisting me. The Team Members I met included Ms. Fina, Ms. Farras, Ms. Ella, Ms. Caca and Chef Aki at the Lounge, as well as Ms. Naiella, Ms. Daniella, Ms. Tri, Ms. Lulu and Mr. Sugeng at Breakfast. When having breakfast, excellent coffees were made and served by Mr. Rayhan and Mr. Dimas. Thank you to Mr. Rahman from Housekeeping for his attention to my room. Would I stay at Pullman Jakarta Thamrin again? For sure.
