Location

When we checked in and went up on the 4th floor the hallway and our room smelled horrible and the smell lingers. The bathroom is very out dated with a very very low old toilet. When I turned on the shower brown water came out. Another thing I didn't care for is we charged our breakfast to our credit card but they charged more than our actual bill was. I complained to their service desk person and he stated that they do that for any incidentals. However they had already charged our card for over 200.00 for incidentals. In regards to customer service they did not have enough staff at the check in desk and it was a long wait. The Westin In Chicago is not high class at all although they charge you a great deal to stay a night. We were there for 2 days and they charged over 800.00. "Cowboy Carter Chicago Tour"

I stayed here during my trip to Chicago for the Cowboy Carter Tour, and the Westin did not disappoint! Thanks to my Platinum status, I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite—and wow, it was everything. The high floor gave me the most beautiful view of the river, and the space itself was open, clean, and just felt peaceful. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and greeted me every time I came or went. They responded quickly to all my requests, which I really appreciated. The room? Stunning. And that Marriott bed… always a favorite. So comfortable, I didn’t want to get up. The bathroom was spacious, and the hot water was consistently perfect. All around, this was a fantastic stay—comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what I needed for a concert weekend in the city. I’ll definitely be back!
