"Etwas enttäuscht - zu viel Möchtegern-Hotel"

Es hat leider in diesem Gebiet extrem viele Obdachlose welche verwirrt durch die Strassen ziehen und am Abend kann es etwas unheimlich sein. Sobald man sich aber von der Region Tenderloin wegbewegt wird es besser.

"Gable Car war auch nah und somit kommt man leicht zum Hafen"

Die Betten waren toll die das Bad war gut bis auf eine Rezeptionistin waren alle anderen sehr freundlich

Eine an der Rezeption hat nur auf ihr Handy geschaut und uns total ignoriert und d abwertend behandelt eine hochnösige Person Wir wollten nur ein Anliegen sagen und die beachtet uns nicht u d gafft aufs Handy.. Das Parken ist auch sehr teuer. Und neben Tenderloin hatten wir auch sehr viele Obdachlose gesehen Frühstück ist auch viel zu teuer Sonst ein sehr schönes Hotel

"Lovely hotel near Union Square, a very comfortable stay"

We upgraded our room to a higher floor with a city view, this came with lounge access which was great for breakfast, complimentary beverages throughout the day, and drinks/nibbles early evening. Our room was bright, lots of sunlight, quiet, comfortable beds. There was complimentary coffee in the room as well. Staff were friendly.

Lifts were a little slow at times
