Quality Inn & Suites Vancouver - Hazel Dell

The breakfast was excellent & the room spacious.

No music available nor could we find it on tv's options. The toilet plugged and management gave us a plunger instead of having someone do the work.

Friendly staff was always really understanding and willingness to make sure the stay was good

The guy working behind the counter told me I did not have 2 reservations and made one of my staff pay for another room. After talking to him on the phone explaining there were 2 rooms under the same reservation, he told me I was wrong and there was only one room. After a 10 minute phone call to Booking.com support, support agreed to call him and tell him he was wrong and there are clearly 2 rooms booked under the reservation. The staff member at the counter then said he could not refund my staff member, who he made purchase another room. It was a very negative expreince and I'm not sure we'll stay at this hotel again in the future. The rooms and hallway they put us in had a very bad smell and the bathroom had not been cleaned.
