Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta

My experience here was not great. I love the Hyatt brand and my company has them as a preferred hotel. I unfortunately had someone go through my belongings and drink wine I purchased. I had to thoroughly check all my items to see what else may be missing. The food was basic and I experience my order being completely wrong. When I escalated concerns, the management team didn't feel it was important enough to call me back. I typically stay in the Buckhead location. I will return back to that property. Service is topnotch at that location.

They are extremely difficult to communucate with emails and messages all go unanswered. We booked through bookings.com they never charged my card & then cancelled our booking. I only found out when we called to advise our card hadnt ever been charged. Bookings.com had to mediate and stay on phoneline whilst they charged my card to ensure my booking would go ahead. Make sure you request a room that doesnt have an adjoining door there is no sound proofing. We were also charged for mini bar items we never used. i tried emailing when i got the charge but of cause they dont reply.

🌟 Five-Star Stay at Hyatt Centric Atlanta! 🌟 We’ve stayed at almost every Hyatt in Atlanta over the years, but this was our first time at Hyatt Centric — and I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else again! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so kindly and even upgraded to a beautiful corner room with large windows and gorgeous views from two sides. The room was spacious, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed — perfect for both relaxing and getting a little work done. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the small details like the built-in night light in the bathroom (a thoughtful touch — I usually travel with my own plug-in light, but didn’t need it here!). And the shower… oh my goodness! I travel often, and this was hands-down the best hotel shower I’ve ever had. The water got super hot, the pressure was amazing — it honestly felt like a built-in massage. I didn’t want to get out! Everything about this stay felt elevated yet cozy, modern yet warm. I really appreciated how clean every area of the hotel was. Every staff member greeted my husband and me, making us feel very welcome. Kayla at the Front Desk and Noah at Valet, provided phenomenal service from the moment we checked in. The entrance was a bit hard to identify upon arrival due to traffic construction, so having a large/illuminated sign at the hotel driveway would have been helpful. Location was ideal for walking to nearby shops, grocery and restaurants. Felt safe moving around outside during late nights. Near the highway, which was a plus for us. To note, parking on site is expensive. All and all, this was our first time staying at a Hyatt property; we wanted to try something different as we typically stay with another hotel chain where we’re members. But, after this experience, we are excited to consider Hyatt for future bookings. I just hope that this Midtown ATL location resembles a standard for all Hyatt properties.

Great stay

Very good stay, pool was in excellent condition, staff friendly and responsive including valets, especially Brent always welcoming us at the front door. Only real issue was with the shower. Excellent water pressure and abundant hot water, but shower curtain too short so water sprayed the floor and exhaust vent not working causing lots of condensation on walls and floor.

Clean room and friendly staff. Great location near restaurant choices.

We have stayed at this hotel so many times and it just keeps getting better each time. The staff deserve 10 stars. The customer service is the best! It is in the perfect location in Midtown Atlanta to walk to dining and the park. We look forward to the next trip!
