It was located near freeway and train.

Staff was not particularly friendly; 1st day of breakfast they ran out of juice and glasses and staff member failed to attend to or resolve the issue until desk clerk was notified and addressed staff; overall cleanliness of facility was mediocre; no carts to move luggage to room or car; parking was horrendous and overall location was not optimal. Somewhat isolated and going back and forth to my daughters to see my granddaughter and returning later at night felt extremely unsafe with no security present.

The manager with the braids or dreads had an attitude during checkout

Good value, clean room, bright outside lights shining in room and the curtains couldn't be closed enough. HVAC unit kind of noisy. Good breakfast. Good front desk staff.

The room was worn, only one bar of soap total. Small tv. No safe for valuables. Breakfast was good to have, but wasn’t very nice overall.

Angel was the absolute 💯 best for customer service 👏 she was so helpful with everything asked of her. Thanks for her. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable

Water pressure in rooms very low, to include toilet flushing. Variety at breakfast was ok. Meats are often under cooked. No milk provided for cereal. No orange juice on most mornings...even at start of breakfast. Coffee cold from canister. Shampoo and conditioner in room was empty at check in...not refilled even on request. Tissue boxes same thing. Older model hotel.

Liked that the front desk Staff was nice.

Didn't like that there was Nowhere to sit for breakfast, room not clean. You get what you pay for.

I liked location and Quick access to I-95

There was cold water. We stayed with family and either night or morning we couldn’t take shower because was cold water running. We must take our rest of the trip not freshed.
