The check in lady gave me issues but Jose the manager fixed it immediately. Also I booked for 3 nights only stayed 2 as my flight changed and they did NOT refund my last day.

Bad experience! When we arrived we had a problem with the strong odor in the hotel. Gone to room the smell was so strong my friend and I couldn’t resist. Couldn’t sleep. With diabetes and asthma was not a good idea. We complained at the front desk we were ignored. We requested to cancel the next night. We where ignored we where told to call property manager or email. The worst attitude, unprofessional. The pictures it was posted online about the hotel are not the same. Fake place.

Stayed 8 nights rooms only got cleaned after day 4 bedsheets never changed in 8days and towels was disgustingly dirty, order some trainers specially to the hotel never told me they arrived for my event and I left a clients bag with reception for him to collect they lost it just really bad organised

Guest were fighting when we first checked in. A man was punching on a woman and she came to her door screaming for help. It was a little scary.

Emplacement tout près d'ocean drive Literie confortable Bien Equipé Un verre offert au bar de la piscine tous les jours à 17h

Bruyant à partir de 9h du matin le bar en bas met très fort la musique Aussi les 2 premiers jours l'eau des 2 piscines etaient très sales avec plusieurs insectes cheveux feuilles etc et un sdf s'est baigné les vigiles de la sécurité l'ont ressorti de l'eau mais il a fallu attendre le lendemain pour que l'eau soit propre donc finalement sur nos 4 jours l'eau des 2 piscines n'a ete propre que le dernier jour... super... Matelas près des piscines poussiéreux et crasseux Les touristes mettent tous les jours la musique de leur enceinte très fort autour des piscines Je n'y retournerai pas Ils devraient nettoyer l'eau tous les jours La propreté des piscines est à revoir
