Left within 10 minutes of arrival. Immediately upon walking in the room, it had a horrible smell, saw two cockroaches, holes in wall, and the toilet was leaking water all over the floor. Uncomfortable with remaining at this hotel- staff refused to offer any sort of refund.

The staff was excellent and tried very hard to make the room change to a room that had a working TV. Also the staff was very kind.

we were told before arriving that we could get rooms together and we did not. 1 of our 3 rooms TV was broke so that went from a single bed to 2 beds and made the room feel smaller to person sleeping in there. Another room had 1 lamp that didn't work.
