"Grandes instalaciones pésimo servicio."

Las instalaciones a pesar de ser viejas fueron muy agradables para mis hijos. La alberca es de muy buen tamaño y a vista de la ciudad es increible.

La atención del personal fue pésima y hasta en cierto tono irrespetuosa. En mi habitación no funciono el control remoto, trate de marcar a recepción utilizando el teléfono pero no funcionaba. Salí y me encontré a un botones que primero me desacredito y después trato sin éxito de hacer funcionar el control, el mismo se fue y una hora después me dió otro control, que tampoco funcionaba, lleve el segundo control a la recepción y me dieron otro control que tampoco funcionaba, molesto fui a la recepción y deje el tercer control y el mismo botones que ya sabía de mi caso se ofreció a llevarme un nuevo control y nunca llego. Al final trate de dejar una queja pero nadie me ofreció ningún medio apra dejarlo por escrito, solo lo aceptaron de manera verbal.

"Parada necesaria para descansar y llegar al aeropuerto de Guadalajara"

No teniamos toallas en la habitación, para poder comunicarnos a recepcción fue muy complicado y finalmente solo enviaron "1" toalla cuando pedimos todo el set (2 grandes, 2 chicas).
