Aamupala ja illallinen kuuluivat hintaan ja molemmat olivat aivan loistavia; illallisella oli runsaasti vaihtoehtoja ja kaikki tuntui ja maistui itsetehdyltä ja tuoreelta. Ekologisia tuotteita. Todella kiva sisäpiha jossa uima-allas ja aurinkoinen terassi. Ravintolan henkilökunta osaavaa.

Huone oli pimeä, ensimmäinen kerros parkkipaikalle ikkuna. Kuuma ja hieman tunkkainen, pidimme ikkunaa auki lähes koko ajan. Tyynyt kovia ja vain yksi lisätyyny, huomasimme vasta myöhään puutteen. Hiustenkuivaaja puuttui ja se tuotiin pyydettäessä.

Locatie aan doorgaande weg aan de rand van een industriegebied. Hierdoor makkelijk op de snelweg, maar ' treurige' locatie.

Hoewel geprobeerd het hotel een moderne look te geven is het hotel gedateerd. Gasten met honden rijkelijk aanwezig tijdens onze overnachting. Er hangt een geur van 'muffe natte hond' in het hele gebouw ( ook in de kamers). In de binnentuin werden ze uitgelaten. In de lobby grote tv-schermen met continue oorlogsbeelden/ bombardementen te zien (CNN), zelf in de speelhoek voor de kleintjes. Ogenschijnlijk niemand die dit opmerkt, want volgende ochtend tijdens het ontbijt hetzelfde beeld. Personeel is vriendelijk maar niet professioneel:vapes en telefoons liggen op de balie. Bedden zijn prima, maar klein (twijfelaar) Badkamers wel netjes en modern. Ontbijt zeer karig met weinig keus. Vers fruit bijvoorbeeld bestaat uit uit blokjes appel in bak ijswater. Roerei van dubieuse kwaliteit. Vloer in restaurant plakte en bestek was niet schoon. Binnenstad van Dijon op 10 min. met de auto is aanrader. Prachtige stad met heerlijke restaurants. Al met al, zeker geen vier sterren hotel...eerder twee en half. Wij zoeken volgende keer een andere onderkomen.

Goede parking met omheining. Vriendelijke ontvangst, de familiekamer was netjes. De bedbank was prima voor onze 2 tieners. We verbleven 1 nacht op doorreis. Onze hond was ook welkom en mocht mee naar het ontbijt. We hadden mooi weer en konden ontbijten op het terras. Je kijkt op het zwembad en de tuin. Al bij al hebben wij een prettig verblijf gehad en zullen terugkeren als we weer in de buurt moeten zijn.

De hotelkamers zijn wat verouderd en het ontbijt is karig.

The hotel was just what we were looking for on our return from a family ski trip, family room, bar and restuarant (when arriving late) and the feeling of comfotable convienece and a good standard. The room was a good size for us as a family of four and facilities as expected.

Unfortunately this stay was a real let down in terms of service, care and cleanliness. We arrived to an unmanned reception and, along with other guests, were left waiting and unsure what to do until the barman advised someone would return. When we did check in, it became clear there was only one member of staff covering a very busy evening, which we genuinely sympathised with. However, our room was not ready as expected. The children’s sofa bed had not been set up and there was no bedding available that we could find. The toilet was also faulty, with a loud and persistent noise from the cistern. When I returned to reception, there was a long queue and we were asked to wait again, which was frustrating given we had tired children. I had to go down again to reception for a 3rd time before the staff member came up. When he did arrive, he simply pulled out the sofa bed, at which point it became apparent it was already made! (something we could easily have done ourselves had this been explained!!.) The bedding was also very crumpled and looked grubby which was a little concerning. I asked if it was clean and was told it was, but we were not entirely convinced. The toilet issue was only temporarily resolved and started again in the night, disrupting our sleep before an early start. At no point was a room change offered. Overall the room also felt unclean and slightly grubby. We did try to be understanding given the situation and were really patient the first 2 visits to reception, but it felt as though the expectation was on us to accept a poor experience rather than the hotel taking responsibility and that we were unreasonable to be unhappy about it. Overall, disappointing. We felt for the staff member, but the experience did not reflect the standard expected and we would not return or recommend.

La chambre est propre, le petit déjeuner est très bon. Lit bébé très propre.
