立地と朝食は良いのだが、コスパは今一つ。ここよりも料金の安い他のホテルでさえ無料のミネラルウォーターや湯沸かし器があるが、このホテルにはない。

"Hotel velho // atendimento ótimo "

Hotel extremamente velho. Teto mofado e ar condicionado sem regulagem. Tive que mudar de quarto por causa de um vazamento que deixava o banheiro completamente inundado. O quarto substituto era ainda mais velho. O ponto positivo é o esforço da equipe de funcionários para fazer a experiência ser boa. Merecem um aumento.

"Very good"

Be careful with what you book, because there are two hotels in one with two very constrating experience. If you book a standard ("superior") room, you will be get one of the lower floor, not renovated room. I got to try 5 of them and all had (pick and choose) : leaking showers, bed bugs in antique sofas, windows not closing, antique mattresses, broken closets, etc. Finally, after 24 hours of trials and errors, and complaining and negotiating, we got paired with one of the higher floor, renovated room, making the rest of the stay perfectly comfortable and enjoyable.
