We had to wait to check in, there was no one at the service desk and no staff insight. The heating unit made excessive noise to the point that it was difficult to get to sleep. We could hear conversations and the TV in the neighboring room like it was in our room.

toilet in room had loose seat and hard to use, it was also barely functional, took 3 tries to flush. Also had several dead roaches on window sill and a doopy fly in bed.

The side door is in very poor condition, missing door knob and not close probably. Bathroom very tight, vanity light not working (until it gets bang on it). This place needed major renovations.

"Great hotel"

Very nice hotel staff was great. Rooms very clean we walked by a room being cleaned by staff they were being so thorough that they even pulled the lampshades off to clean them also. Very comfortable very nice place.
