The apartment is well located within Altea, as you'd expect, and the two bedrooms with the living room are more than enough for a small family. You can use the kitchen for basic cooking and having a washing machine and a dishwasher can make your stay more confortable. There's a two-storey garage which is really practical but be prepared that it's really narrow so you have to extra cautious.

If you're sensitive to sounds coming from outside or fro mthe neighbouring apartments, then it's not your place. Soundproofing is basically non-existent, it almost doesn't matter if you close the windows/terrace door. The walls are thin so we could hear pretty much everything from the next door apartment, so it depends on your luck whether you can have a good night sleep or not. I imagine it's much worse during high season, but I understand not everyone is so sensitive.
