"I have several long paragraphs that state just how unhappy and disappointed we were this time!!!"

Unfortunately we didn't like anything this time. We just stayed a month ago and everything was great. This time not so much. We weren't happy at all. 1st our room was booked in January. Why were we put in a handicap room on the 2nd floor? The room smelled horrible. We were there for an event and didn't have time to ask for a different room. We were so disappointed. The person across from us had a dog barking a lot 😡. I felt like that's why our room smelled so bad. Maybe dogs have been in the room or rooms close by. We don't do pets at all. The room smelled bad the bathroom was nothing like what we had last month. The mirror and set up in the bathroom on the 3rd floor was much better. I did a review talking about how nice and updated the decor was last time.... it was not nice and updated this time. I'm so disappointed. I can't say that I would recommend it to anyone; they could possibly end up with a room like what I got this time. I can't say enough how disappointed we were........ after such a great experience last month I was excited.......and got a 😞.

I already put that in the other box before I got to this one. We didn't like our stay this time at all. I truly can't think of a thing that we liked. THE SMELL OF THE ROOM AND THE DOG BARKING WAS THE WORSE!!!! SOMEONE EVEN TRIED TO COME IN OUR ROOM WHILE WE WE IN THERE BEFORE GOING TO OUR EVENT THAT WAS SCARY
