"Für eine Nacht konnte man es aushalten."

Das Bett war sauber … man konnte noch erkennen, dass dies mal ein schönes Hotel war.

Drogenumschlagplatz Nr 1, keine Klimaanlage - so schlimme Luft. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Tee oder Kaffee, im Bad keine Fußmatte, die Handtücher waren nass, ob vom Vorbesucher oder noch vom Waschen weiß man nicht. King Size Bett war ein Doppelbett, mit 2 Matratzen … Hat auch leider niemanden interessiert. Personal war oberflächlich freundlich und desinteressiert. Habe für die Hälfte des Preises schon wesentlich bessere Hotels gebucht.

"Da migliorare la gestione degli spazi antistanti, letti e stanze inospitali per le dimensioni."

Ottima la posizione geografica ma essendo nei piazzali antistanti alla stazione vi erano urla e schiamazzi per tutta la notte. Zona frequentata tutto il giorno da sbandati. senza tetto, area degradata, sporca con deiezioni umane e immondizia.

"Tolles Hotel ,Alles Sauber und Freundlich"

Die nähe zum Hauptbahnhof war ein Buchungsgrund.

Leider sind direkt vor der Tür Junkys und Dealer unterwegs,die einen schon Mal belästigen,was zwar nicht die Schuld des Hotels ist ,aber nichtsdestotrotz würde Ich Familien ein anderes Hotel empfehlen

"Für 2 Tage Städtetrip völlig in Ordnung."

Sehr nah am Hbf. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Betten sehr bequem.

Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert und es hätte Haken an den Handtüchern sowie mehr an den Wänden geben können. Leider gab es gerade Fassadenarbeiten, sodass den Balkon nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzen konnten.

"Bra boende för oss en natt mellan tågresor. Men rummet var varmt och saknade luftkonditionering."

Närheten till tågstationen. Barnen gillade balkongen. Det var rymligt

Det fanns ingen luftkonditionering, så rummet var varmt. Vi behövde ha balkongdörren öppen. Men Hamburgs nattliv var väldigt högljutt.
