Bluegrass Extended Stay

Just 1st place ive stayed that wasnt a real dump.

Sami! His Brother! Ms.M! All are great. Super helpful. This is my go to spot. They cool and do care about people .

How nice the lady at the front desk was, and it was very peaceful all night.

I liked the location. There were easily accessible restaurants within walking distance. It was in a convenient spot for work for me as well but I doubt that really pertains to everyone. The price for the week was decent in comparison to others.

I didn't like the beds. It was like I was sleeping on a rock solid surface. Also cleaning only happened once a week and they didn't refill my toilet paper so I ended up running out by the time I got to the end of my stay. The TV wouldn't let me change the input so I couldn't watch my shows either. I'm curious if I had chosen similarly priced hotels if they would've been more accommodating.

It was grose statying in this hotel. We had to leave very early because w ecould not stand the smell.

Beds were comfortable. Very quiet facility. We were given first floor as requested. Carpet was soaking wet, and filthy. When I went to the front desk to request a new room, guy at the desk said, "that's not happening.". I asked if we could at least have some rugs. "Nope." He dismissed me. He later came down and said, 'yep, it's wet." We were offered an upstairs room. My husband is 84 and I am 72. Stairs are hard for both of us, especially if we have to carry a lot of items. We stayed put. While we were out the next day, I guess they checked the water and found that perhaps it was coming from the refrigerator next door. Not sure. They wrapped a bathmat around the corner of the nightstand. That evening we had a problem with the toilet. We called the office, and they brought down a plunger. Handed it to my husband. Staff did not make an effort to plunge the toilet. The problem lasted throughout the night. We think that's wrong. We are paying to stay there, and if there is a problem, they need to make an effort to remedy it. Like I said, the beds were very comfortable. We heard no noise on top of or on either side, or in back of us, and even from the parking which is unheard of. If not for the water issues......
