"Amazing staff!"

The staff at Hyatt Place Louisville East was outstanding. We were in town for my father's memorial service, and had not seen some of our family members in years. Casey opened the conference room for us and set up a table so we could spread out and share pictures comfortably. She made sure we had water, heat, and anything else we needed. She shared her condolences and left me a handwritten card before I checked out. Evan was equally wonderful the morning of my dad's service. He printed some important documents for me and offered his condolences as well. They helped make a sad and unpleasant circumstance feel much more comfortable, and we are truly grateful.
