Everything. The room was dirty, had stained towels, holes in the bedspread, lamp shades missing and dirty, not very handicapped accessible. When I went to ask about towels the lady was rude and blamed us because it was a smoking room. No coffee pot iron ironing board hair dryer. Super flat pillows. The whole property was dirty

This room was disgusting. Only the bed and shower was somewhat ok. We couldn’t use the towels and rags they looked and smelled dirty.
