The staff were good, polite & helpful. The front desk woman was very pleasant when I arrived, & even brought me a blanket right away at my request. My big complaint, or "caveat" for people is that the floor & walls are very thin. I was woken up at 1 am by the people upstairs above me -- they sounded like they were going to come right thru the ceiling. It took a while for them to quiet down... The pool looked nice, altho' I didn't go out. And the breakfast room had some good offerings for breakfast, as well as 24/7 coffee.

Very terrible night staying in this hotel first POWER (Electricity) was gone in the middle of the night for an hour and after Fire alarm went off and makes a very uncomfortable noise and sounds and still continues management is waiting for the fire department come to fix it . looks like the fire department coming from different state tacking for ever…….

When we drove up I was a little concerned since the hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside. We were pleasantly surprised once we got into our room! Nicely updated and very clean. Will definitely return

Doreen from Housekeeping is awesome. You should do everything in your power to hire and retain employees like her. VERY nice, and friendly, she made our whole stay worth it
