Terrific stay - good food, staff, room, AC, and all around experience.

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Access at front of building with low lighting, and noisy, but certainly worth the money and would stay again.

Absolutely atrocious experience. Gave me a single room when I had specifically booker a double bed room. Said it was a technical issue because "the booking got routed through a third party" and basically refused to honour my booking for a double bed even though they agreed that my Expedia booking showed it was so. The front desk started hyperventilating when I asked him why he wasnt able to give me a double bed even though he could clearly see that i had it booked. Later, they had the gall to ask me for 20 bucks extra to get "uograded" despite my having paid the original amount for a double bed in the first place! Avoid at all costs!

The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Was only there for a night.

Absolutely atrocious experience. I had booked a room with a double bed, had the booking screenshot and receipt to prove it and the gentleman at the front desk agreed that i had a double bed but for some weird reason he couldn't honour that booking and kept saying that my booking was routed through a third party called "Derbisoft" which was a name I had never heard of, let alone used. The front desk attendant grew exceedingly uneasy and rude and we were in a hurry to leave for an event so we figured we would get the room after. Later in the night the front desk attendant said that while we did have a double bed booked, and had paid for it in full, I was gonna have to pay him 20 bucks to be "upgraded" why would it be an upgrade?!?! Terrible twrrinle customer service, avoid at all costs!!

We arrived at 2:15 we were told we could go to the room if we paid $20 otherwise we had to wait until 3:00 (even though the room was ready). Maybe they should have given us a $20 rebate since we checked out at 6:30 am the next day. Credit card machine was broken at check in. The location is a bit down trodden. Room was clean though at least.

We were greeted/checked in by Vito who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable which was welcome after a long hot day and drive. Had a quiet restful night followed by a good breakfast in the morning (loved the waffle machine) before hitting the road.

Breakfast from 6-9 AM, but at 8:20 no more eggs, no more saussages, no more potatoes. It’s included but not… The bathroom in the room was full of little hairs in the shower, on the toilet, on the floor. So my experience is just about sleeping and leaving.

The staff was very friendly, great location, and comfortable (clean) rooms.
