City Express by Marriott Petoskey Harbor Springs

Wifi was terrible. Everything else was ok. But there is no excuse in this day and age to have terrible wifi at a hotel.

This hotel needs to be demolished. It absolutely reeked like mildew, our AC unit was loud/rusty/old, and there was no carpeting in the hallway... just bare concrete. The pictures of the hotel online must be from 25 years ago, because this was the most rundown hotel I've ever stayed at. We stayed at a motel instead on night #3 and it felt like the Ritz Carlton compared to this not-so-Quality Inn.

Its what we needed when we needed it. Did have trouble finding it as the gps put us in the middlle of a road 2 minutes away but after a quick u-turn we found it.

The room was nasty! Stains mold and weed remnants left in the trash can ceiling were all discolored too yuck. I left and sidnt even stay couldn't get a refund! Definitely should of done trip insurance

Old hotel, bathroom was dirty, walls thin and they allow dogs who barked all night Outdoor area was not as pictured and food service was just okay Would not stay here agai

Typical hotel breakfast. Seemed fairly clean. Comfortable.

Shower temperature was extremely sporadic. I had a hard time getting it stabilized, and never did, but I got by

I can’t recommend anyone stay at this Quality Inn. It is very dirty and I question if the sheets had been changed. The mattress is so worn that you roll to the center of the bed. It was a sleepless night. It is busy with renovations which our room supposedly was but, did not appear to be. They have a very unorganized breakfast area. We would not eat anything there. The air unit is an old window type unit hanging out if the window. The desk person was very nice at check in. That is the only good thing we experienced.

The property is doing remodeling. Check in was difficult only because the clerk had just started that day. Room was clean, bed comfortable and their pet stay charge is reasonable, tho I prefer Motel Six no pet fee policy. Coffee in lobby was great, the breakfast just so so. Check out clerk very friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay here again for the price.

Bathroom was clogged but they changed the room right away.
