Had no towels in the room the towels were little bitty pool towels. Trash wasn't taken out of bathroom. Stains all over furniture. Fridge made horrible noise.

This was the trashiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathroom was DISGUSTING, I absolutely would not shower in there because I felt like I would have walked out dirtier than when I went in. There was absolutely no shampoo or soap anywhere in this bathroom anyways though. The room I got was just two steps away from the pool and it was empty when I arrived around 2:00. I went and did my stuff in Jonesboro, came back to. My room because I only rented this place for the pool so we went to the pool and then I had to go to the front desk because I forgot my key in my room and the person behind the desk got visibly upset that we were in the pool because it was closed apparently. But there was not a single thing that indicated that this pool was closed. Not time schedule. Not a closed sign, not anything, Worst stay of my entire life

The staff especially the front desk clerk in the morning. She was very rude. they were as t our door every morning yelling at my family to get out. We asked for a late check out and was denied even until 12.
