Motel 6 Birmingham, AL - Medical Center

Towels all had brown stains. Mold growth in tub area. None smoking room with cigarette burns in bed spread. Refused to shower and slept fully clothed. Door seals were almost no existent therefore the massive amount of Marijuana smoking outside by other guests was intruding into our room. Trainee at front desk had problem with English language. Wouldnt reccomend this hotel to even be a pet hotel.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Rooms are clean they have platform beds. But other than that it was an excellent stay.

Shower was broken and didn’t get all the way hot. It was a smoking room but we had to stand outside in the cold to smoke. Outside of that it was a good stay.

Sheets didn’t fit the bed and the pillows were not to comfortable.

smokers were allowed in the entrance and the smoke balloon to the lobby and the dining area. Not nice at all. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was short and was easily disturbed so that lots of water spilled outside of the bathing tub otherwise pretty good experience. Good waffle irons resulting in crisp waffles.

We booked for a 1 night stay. Our non-smoking room had an overwhelming aroma of smoke upon entering the room. The television also did not work. We walked to the front desk because no-one answered when I called the 1st time. We met the maintenance man and front desk clerk of the patio smoki g and voiced the concern of the room conditions. We asked of we could relocate to another room and they responded that all the tvs were the same in each room. The assured us that someone would come fix our tv. We waited for another 15 mins before calling front desk again about the tv. The front desk told me to give him another 10 mins. After those 20 mins passed, I contacted hotels.com about our check-in and miraculously, maintenance showed up to finally fix the tv. After that, we were serenaded all night by our neighbors, it finally got quiet around 3am. Horrible stay!

Roaches everywhere .

Everything went well it's a motel 6 but was actually better than most I've stayed at no big issues in my room everything worked good did have to open the door and burn off the heater but that's to be expected after summer staff was great if stay again

There was a crack at the bottom of my door and i killed 2 roaches. My best friend said motel 6 where they leave the lights on for the roaches and BAM the next morning roach in the bathroom shower and sink
