Spark by Hilton Muskogee

Place was rundown and dirty. No smoke alarm. Toilet ran constantly. Pool was nasty brown. Sheets had blood stains.

There is such a strong smell of mold on the first floor. Carpet is saturated and a celing tile is bursting with mold.. do not stay here. Along with the problem, the staff is always above the customers problems, not caring about concerns or the safety of their guests

Do not stay at this hotel!!! Twice on two separate stays I had some lady trying to make entry in my room the same lady. Once at 7:40 and the second time at 8am with the do not disturb sign on the door without a mask on. My father is a cancer survivor staying with me so I called the front desk to complain and talk to Page and she told me they have every right to come check the rooms when they want in the morning. And it’s only a mandate not a state law so they don’t have to wear masks. Come to find out the lady who came to my room and walked in was a breakfast cook and not even housekeeping!!! So they must be giving anyone keys to the rooms how does a breakfast cook get a key to my hotel room and just walk in? Plus the manager won’t call you back or return your phone calls. Plus they also charged my card for more than what they were supposed to by almost $30.00. Said it was going to be refunded but never was. And still haven’t fix the issue and corporate can’t fix it without the general manager’s assistant and the corporate office told me to go stay somewhere else and I’m a diamond member with them so that speaks volumes!!!

I made sure that my family went to pay for room and get the key because I knew we would be late coming in after the festivities I had already drove from Dallas Texas so once I got back to the room it was filthy had not been cleaned at all then we had to wait for a different room which didn't have the same bedding that I originally booked and all the front desk clerk could say was she would give us a 10.00 off I definitely won't be going to this place and I don't recommend it at all I had 2 totally different rooms at this place there was a problem with both rooms

Even though our room was clean it had a very strong mildew ordor. The place needs to be remodeled..bathrooms appear to be flooded . The bathroom gets stuck and hard to open. Unusual for a comfort inn.

We worked in muskogee for a week and stayed in a nice warm room with a comfortable bed the staff was all very friendly and helpful and and to come back and re check a 6th night and Micheal set up in a really nice room our last night he was a nice guy !

We arrived for our first night stay and was greeted with a friendly welcome and big smile. All personnel we very friyand helpful. Our room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and it was well lighted and included a refrigerator. We headed out for our evening meal after getting directions from Surprise at the front desk. Upon returning our room we had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful help and food that should provide most appetites. Waffles, sugar free syrup if needed, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, eggs, juices and other items I’m sure I have forgotten. A good stay for a good price. Located directly off the highway for easy off/on with easy access to a gasoline station across the highway.

This hotel was was on our way to PA. It is an older property and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and the morning breakfast was ample. I would recommend this hotel when traveling to Muskogee OK.

Checkin was a breeze with Michael at the desk, he was very professional and friendly as well as giving us a great recommendation for supper. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable, great water pressure in the shower. Nice clean vending area as well as pool area.

The hotel is a older hotel but the grounds, lobby and room were very clean. The desk clerks checking in and out were very friendly and competent. The hotel allowed pets and only charged us $10.00 extra for our blue healer. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was very nice and was taking care of everyone's needs and keeping the food well stocked and the area spotless. Would stay there again.Did not use the exercise room but it looked very nice with lots of equipment.
