"Bad food, room was kind of dirty, some of the staff was rude and the key cards kept not working."

Free parking and the shuttle service.

The breakfast was awful, very few options, I arrived a half hour after it started and there was a single oatmeal left, two granola bars and no batter left for the waffle maker. The room was dingy. We had to move in the middle of the night because the air conditioner wasn't working. On the day we checked in, the front desk staff ignored us for a solid 20 minutes while she answered calls. Our key cards repeatedly stopped working.

"I would stay there again but in a different room."

The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

There was a slight mechanical/electrical buzzing sound that I could not locate where it was coming from. Also my room was right next to the high speed rail and I could hear it whooshing by.
