Sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer, super Lage, schöner Pool Nicht so gut hat mir gefallen, dass beim Essen im VIP Bereich plötzlich eine Frau stand und uns obwohl wir gerade beim Essen waren zum Hotel befragen wollte. Das war sehr unpassend von Iberostar, außerdem räumt das Reinigungspersonal so gut auf und geht ungefragt an Sachen so dass plötzlich meine wichtigsten Tabletten die in einer kleinen Tüte waren wohl weggeworfen worden

Sehr schöne Lage am Stadtpark von Lüdenscheid. Das Haus ist nicht mehr das Neuste aber sehr gut renoviert. Die Bar inkl.Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend und sogar noch nach dem Achtelfinale der Deutschen bei der EM noch offen, super Service. Die Zimmer sind wertig und zweckmäßig. Nur ein Balkon ohne Möbel ist eher mies. Das Frühstück war gut aber wenn man später kommt wird leider nicht mehr nachgelegt. Dafür ist das Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen kleine Karte aber sehe leckere Gerichte, kleine Nachteil Radeberger Pils vom Faß, regionale Biere wären mir Lieber. Das Highlight in der 9.Etage der Pool sehr neuwertig und sehr angenehm und zum Verweilen. Also wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Außen nicht besonders ansehnlich, aber innen wirklich nett, freundlich, gut in Schuss. Alle Zimmer mit Balkon, Frühstück relativ günstig und kostenfrei für Kinder
