Great hotel with attentive staff. Rooms were very clean and staff friendly. Less than two blocks to lake Geneva for evening walk.

Overall it was OK Hotel, very expensive food, we spent almost $80 on one hamburger and one chicken sandwich with no drinks and we had to pay for tap water, breakfast was just OK. The worst part was bathrooms, the one that we had was very, very dark with black sink and black toilet and sometimes it smelled. The food all over the city was also very expensive, we happened to find one street with a lot of restaurants that were reasonably priced. Location was good, not far away from the waterfront. We enjoyed taking Boats to another side of the lake and that was the best part because they were free.

A wonderful place with a perfect location for exploring Geneva. Incredibly helpful staff! From suggestions for trips around to helping with some printing and scanning, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful.

Excent family experience. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very good location and the staff was very polite and yeager to help. We had the previlege to have a conecting room in the top floor with balcony and it was really perfect for our 3 day stay. Hope could have stayed more. The only recommendation is to improve breakfast replenishment throughtout service but that is really a small thing.

We felt the staff was very kind and accommodating. Safe & quiet area. Parking our car was easy (as using valet) and we received a parking discount through Expedia. Felt the restaurant was a little pricey and not usually busy while we were there. We walked easily to restaurants, such as Little India & El Catrin! Recommend Easily able to walk across the river to Old Town. Ate dinner one night at Pasta People in that area! It felt like part of the property had been renovated even the rooms felt half renovated and half not with a dark toilet area and then a bright light lovely bathroom and shower! Both of us have long legs & getting in and out of the shower was treacherous as no handles to hold onto a slippery floor!
