The hotel was a boutique hotel and very nice. We had an executive room and it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was great.

It was a little outside of the downtown, but a reasonable walk. There was also a little bit of noise from the tram, but it didn't bother us at all.
