K2 Motel

This property is very charming. I say this because it is like you are literally renting an apartment. It is not fancy but you do have your own room and bathroom. The rooms are all smoking so you smell smoke. The attendants only speak Korean, but are very nice. The rooms all fairly clean, but there is no attention to details(especially anywhere besides the toilet seat on the toilet). Each floor has a community microwave and each room has a mini fridge. You do receive water and juice daily which was nice as we walked at least 5miles a day sightseeing. The closest subway is about a 10 min walk but a bus stop is right outside. There is plenty of food to eat and corner stores nearby. The area is completely safe at all times(day and night). I would honestly book this area again when I visit Seoul.

Staff wasn't friendly. Fridge , AC and TV weren't working at all. Beside this, a very bad smell in the room, made our stay worse.

It was near to where i wanted to go for my office work, little distance (app 7-minutes) walking distance from the subway.

We arrived 50 min earlier than the check in time and the lady at the front desk tried to charge us extra knowing we were foreigners. She was so rude. The room was very old and dirty. It was not worth the money at all.

There was no one at reception or responding to the service bell when I arrived, despite earlier confirming that arrival between 10-11pm was ok. I waited 20 minutes calling out and ringing the bell (I didn't have a phone) before a Korean couple arrived and telephoned the motel's phone number. The room stank of cigarettes, the air conditioning did not work and there was a pedestal fan in the room but that also did not work. Overall, it was unpleasant.

A typical 'love' hotel that actually would need some love. I found 'stains' pretty much everywhere I looked. Dirty sink too. Sticky. Pretty much unacceptable. Only positive thing was the Japanese toilet seat.

Absolutely nothing about this place was good. The staff at the front desk was the most rude person and this doesn't uphold any standards of customer service.

Everything! The staff was extremely rude and arrogant. The rooms was filthy- mold and grim all over the bathroom. Old soap from previous use was left over. The bed was extremely hard. The was a pungent smell of smoke. Noises from other rooms could be heard clearly. We arrived on Friday night and was scurried to a room by the front desk staff with no sense of politeness. On Saturday, we requested for the room to be made up and for fresh towels but this was completely ignored. While my wife and I were getting ready to leave in the afternoon, we were forced out and made to relocate rooms. We literally had to repack up and move rooms.
