Zentrale Lage, auch zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof aus noch gut zu erreichen (und umgekehrt). Griechisches Restaurant im Haus (dort umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet), direkt gegenüber ein asiatisches Restaurant. Alle nötigen Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen.

Punktabzug, da die Räume auf der Südseite sich bei sonnigem warmem Wetter stark aufheizen.
