Econo Lodge Richmond-North Chesterfield

The rooms inside are newly renovated....we stay for 2 nights didn’t have any issues. The outside is outdated and old. They definitely need to have a elevator on both side and hotel.

Room did not have a clock. Manager had one brought by staff but it didn't work. Second clock brought later worked fine. All rooms should have an alarm clock

It was quiet and therefore I had a restful night. Bed sheets have stains on them. Trash was not emptied the next day.

Clean, no mold, clean sheets no bed bugs friendly staff.

Hotel was not more than 1.5 star. Staff do not know English and uncourteous. Hotel atmosphere suspicious and unsafe .

My room wasn't very clean and didn't smell good. There were black specks of something all over my sheets. No comforter, just a thick blanket. My fire alarm was chirping, I'm assuming it needed batteries, but they just removed the whole thing and didn't replace it. WiFi didn't work at all. I'm glad they allow dogs, but I won't be staying here again.

Everything I want in a hotel. King size bed with 5 pillows.Was allowed to extend checkout time without charge. Don't need hotel with bar cause I'm not into the bar scene. Pool was not an issue as it is February.

They were doing repairs but it was still a good stay and would go back and stay if I was in the area. The rooms had been updated and were nice and comfortable. Had a nice selection in the breakfast area.

This is an outside entrance into your room hotel that has been around for some time with inexpensive franchisee renovations done over the years

Poor condition. Originally booked two nights only stayed one and went to the Holiday Inn
