Excellent location and lots of character. Quirky place with lots of appeal.

It’s a bit shabby but who cares? It’s cheap and the beer’s good.

Staff are so friendly and helpful,even the regulars in the bar were interested in what we do and wanted to chat

the hotel sends messages in English but attachments are in German. the hotel wouldn't reply my messages. the hotel wrote (quotation): "Late arrival is also possible, the key will be deposited in a key safe. Best regards, your Elli team". When we come in the evening - the whole building is closed, nobody is in, no key safe outside the building. couple hours trying call and messaging hotel. booking-com support couldn't reach the hotel and 2 hours later advised another hotel in another town. after midnight the hotel canceled our booking without contacting us.
