Friendly and helpful staff. They were always responsive to requests and did their best to assist guests. Daily housekeeping service. The room was cleaned every day, and towels were replaced regularly. Overall cleanliness of the room was good. However, one small issue was that complimentary drinking water was not always replenished during housekeeping.

1. Soundproofing – The noise insulation is quite poor. You can hear almost everything happening in the corridor, including conversations and doors slamming. Noise from neighboring rooms is also noticeable. If you like to sleep in, be prepared to wake up earlier, especially if your neighbors are noisy. 2. Wi-Fi – The internet speed is generally good, but the connection is not very stable. If you need to attend online meetings (e.g., Zoom calls), you may experience occasional connection issues. 3. Hot water pressure – The hot water pressure in the bathroom is quite weak. Sometimes it takes around five minutes or even longer for the water to become properly hot. 4. Air conditioning – The air conditioner can only be controlled from the wall panel near the door, with no remote control available. This is rather inconvenient and does not allow for more precise adjustments. 5. Bed linens – The bed sheets had visible stains, which was disappointing and gave a poor impression of cleanliness.

All of the above. It described it as beachfront and it was not. The room was small and didn't match the pictures on booking.com
