Traditional and had a great cafe

There was no WiFi in our top floor room or any drinking water

Very nice and gently staff at the hotel, the kitchen and the breakfast was very good.

Dog friendly! We stopped for one night on our way to Italy. I can totally recommend this place. The building is old, full of history but rooms and very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. We also had a schnitzel in the restaurant downstairs - very tasty (actually, the restaurant was full so they brought the food to our room and we could enjoy it on our balcony- even better). Will definately come back next time!

Nothing really

We came to this charming hotel after a crazy snow storm and during Christmas market set-up. The town was trying to direct traffic and boot owners were setting up. The streets were aglow and lots of people.

The internet in the hotel was great in the common areas, but The internet in our room was worthless. Regardless, we didn't stay here for the internet. Parking was good, considering the snow issue and the staff was preoccupied with the Christmas Market, but we got our rooms and got situated.

Set in a nice little village, close to walking tracks. Accomodating to dogs.

As we arrived, we didn’t feel welcome at all; we had booked the stay via Booking.com- the lady owner said that usually they DONT take bookings via Booking.com but somehow this booking had gone through. Made us feel as it was our fault that we’d booked via Booking.com! Their fault if they can’t keep track of their booking system. Luckily in the end, they had a room for us. Unfortunately the room was at the very top level and it was freezing. When I asked for the heating to be switched on the reply I got was No, not possible! Apparently the heating system is turned off for the whole summer season. But when it gets down to 12 degrees you’d think there would be heating on. As the owner was serving us a friend of her came in and she started conversing with her and left us waiting. No customer service whatsoever and very stiff people. The male owner was very helpful and gave us free ticket for bus ride to Innsbruck. We had our dog with us and that was no problems at all.
