Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Ich durfte am Abreisetag bis zur Abfahrt meines Zuges ohne zusätzliche Berechnung das Zimmer weiter nutze was sehr hilfreich war.

"За свои деньги отлично, но далеко не идеально"

Хорошее расположение, очень хорошие завтраки, чистота везде. Вежливый и учтивый персонал, приятно было иметь дело. Можно отдать вещи в стирку - очень удобно.

Ужасный вайфай - в одном номере просто не добивает, в другом очень медленный. Персонал вежливый, но к ним постоянно приходится обращаться, чего на самом деле хотелось бы избежать. То заселили не в тот номер, то фена в номере нет, то замок на двери не блокируется при выходе из номера, то вайфай не работает. Короче, я бы мог и не узнать, что персонал вежливый, если бы не куча мелких неприятных поводов для обращения.
