Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen door Doratea . Samen met haar familie en een vriendin Rosa maken zij je verblijf onvergetelijk. Elke ochtend een goed ontbijt onder de Kiwi-pergola met op het einde een ruime keuze aan zelfgebakken taarten gemaakt door moeder . De trullo waarin wij 7 nachten verbleven was super . Elke dag werd de trullo schoongemaakt.Een heerlijk zwembad waarin je lekker kon afkoelen na het vele lopen . Je zit op 12 min rijden van Martina Franca . Dora geeft je bij aankomst goede tips voor restaurants ,ook in de omgeving. Een perfecte basisplek om van hieruit allerlei uitstapjes te maken in de omgeving binnen redelijke rijafstanden.

Posto meraviglioso, il nostro alloggio nel trullo era molto spazioso, pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio, la piscina ampia e pulita è un' ottima zona relax, la colazione sotto un porticato di kiwi, con prodotti tipici e torte fatte in casa una delizia, la famiglia proprietaria è accogliente e sempre disponibile, in particolare Dorotea sempre pronta a fare sentire bene i propri ospiti, sicuramente ci torneremo

Wonderful family owns yhe place. Great breakfast

The owner, Dorotea, was attentive and such a joy to be with and guide us on what to explore in the area. the atmospere is relaxed, easy going and fun. Exactly what we needed travelling with our parents. The Trulli housing was very special with exposed stone bricks but some trulli rooms are tight and some extra large so it's good to read the detailed description of each room before booking. The pool is large enough for swimming laps and the landscape filled with tall palm trees, sago palms, oleanders and grape vines. There is also family olive grove. For breakfast Dorotea's mom made excellent home made pies, there was fresh local fruit, fresh rolls, cheese and ham, excellent coffee. I also liked that Dorotea reached out prior to our arrival to make sure all is well.

The owners are expanding the building to included bigger inside breakfast area but we did not need it during our stay, it was sunny every day and we loved having breakfast under the kiwi trees pergola.

Truly amazing stay at Trulli D'Autore, a little piece of paradise in Puglia. Stayed as family of 4 with 2 daughters aged 14 and 9. The whole accommodation was immaculately maintained and very well run by Dorothea who was on hand to personally assist with anything we needed. Superb location in a tranquil setting, but within an easy 10 minute drive of Martina Franca and its restaurants and supermarkets. For those wanting to venture further afield, we found it to be an excellent base to visit all other tourist attractions within easy reach from the coastal towns of Monopoli to Ostuni, Alberobello etc. We enjoyed a very high standard family room, with every comfort and facility needed and plenty of space for us all. Our room was just a few steps away from the outstanding pool area which includes an honesty bar where you could help yourself to drinks and simply write down that you had taken to settle up at the end of your stay. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice and enough variety for everyone and a very unique setting underneath a pergola covered in kiwi trees! Feel very fortunate to have chosen Trulli D'Autore for the first stop of our tour of Puglia and do not hesitate but to recommend this accommodation and also pass on our thanks to Dorothea as an amazing host.

Accueil très sympathique de Dorothée. En pleine campagne, au calme. Coup de cœur pour les délicieux petits déjeuners pris dehors sous la treille de kiwis.

Positif super petit déjeuner et l'accueil et la sympathie de Théodora. Négatif matelas trop mou , on entend les occupants des chambres voisines. Lieu paisible à la piscine sauf quand des enfants sont arrivés. Mauvaise connexion wifi

We spent two nights at Trulli d’Autore and absolutely loved every moment of it! This place is a true gem: charming, peaceful, and beautifully authentic. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Dorothea, who is full of energy and kindness! She runs the property with so much care and enthusiasm, always making sure guests are comfortable and happy. Even before taking a well-deserved day off, she made sure everyone had everything they needed, such dedication is rare and truly appreciated. The property itself was designed and built by her father, and it’s stunning, every detail is thoughtfully planned to create a spacious yet cozy atmosphere. The pool area is perfect: calm, clean, and ideal for relaxing under the Puglian sun. It’s clear that this is a family project, done with love and pride. Her dad is even currently building a new breakfast area for cooler weather, constantly improving for the best guest experience! Breakfast is another highlight: Dorothea’s mom bakes delicious cakes, and I was lucky enough to leave with a slice of her heavenly banana bread to enjoy at the airport, such a sweet gesture! Staying in a traditional trullo was a dream of ours for this trip, and Trulli d’Autore made that dream come true in the best possible way. It was such a special, memorable experience and we truly hope to come back again soon! ♥️
