The room looks like the average of every hotel room ever made circa 2003-2008. A bit dingy, but clean and put together and comfortable enough.

"Quiet and convienent"

It was close to the location of where we had to be, the room was clean.

The staff were very unpleasant and rude when you would ask a question. They wouldn’t even want to validate our parking ticket that we paid for.

"Hidden charges and staff that is clueless to company policy."

That the AC was actually controllable and got real cold. 63* was very nice, I recently stayed at the Hilton downtown Portland and the AC would not go that low and kept shutting off! But the Red Lion stayed on continuously blowing ice cold air!

The ad said private parking, I was charged $3.50 and told it was a one time charge to get in and out the lot. Upon check out it’s $10 a day to park. Not what I was told by staff and certainly not advertised by your site!
