LOCATION

BATHROOM.HAD VERY COLD FLOORS AND NO HEATER OR FAN TO WARM UP THAT AREA. I MADE THIS POINT TO THE FRONT DESK STAFF AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A SMALL RUG IN THE BATHROOM. I REQUESTED AN ADJUSTMENT ON THE ROOM. COST OF NEARLY $300.00 AND WAS TOLD THAT THE HOTEL CANNOT DO THAT FOR ME. ALSO THE ROOM WAS VERY NOISY WITH THE GARBAGE TRUCKS STARTING POCKUP AT.6:00 AM. AND LANDSCAPERS DOING LEAF BLOWING AROUND 7:30AM.

We had to change rooms twice, first room the night stand next to the bed fell off the wall, second room the toilet would not flush properly. The TV sound was terrible. and the sofa had seen better days a long time ago.
