They don’t upgrade any reservations that are booked on points. They offered me to pay for a 1 bedroom instead of the studio I booked, so obviously it was available. . The rest was alright, but I would not again support a location that ties not honor the rules of the program.

The room was comfortable, clean, and had a full kitchen. We also really enjoyed the pool, which was empty the whole time we were in it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we were very happy and will be back next time we’re in the area.

Saye was an absolutely fantastic hostess, best we’ve ever had! Super helpful and accommodating at all points of our stay. Our room was very nice and comfortable, a home away from home. We would definitely stay again and suggest this hotel to anyone we know exploring the area!

The location is good. They have very friendly staff, a decent breakfast, very comfortable rooms.

Not that it's a deal breaker, but Booking.com states that parking is free. It is not. I had to call to figure out the extra charges that appeared on my credit card.

We had a great stay. Front desk reception lady, Liz, was super nice. She was courteous and professional. This hotel is very new, room is spacious and clean. Furniture is new and solid. Love the experience! Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Portland/Vancouver area.
