I’m so disappointed with our stay in this hotel. We had stayed here before and it was good but this time it has deteriorated. The staff are unfriendly and a lot of things didn’t work. First, the door lock didn’t work very well, it gets jammed sometimes. Then there were no toiletries in the bathroom, except for a bar of soap and lotion. I had to request for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The phone in the room wasn’t working. The safe wasn’t working. Also there was no hairdryer and it took a while for them to deliver one. On our second day, no foot towel was provided and all the towels were just placed on the counter and not hanged. When I mentioned it at the front desk, she said they don’t hang towels. Isn’t this supposed to be a 4 star hotel? The service is really lacking at this place. They’re minor stuff but it makes a difference between a 4 star and a 3 star. Even a 3 star hotel has better service than this one. This is more like a 2 star.

"Wonderful work stay in the MS Delta"

simply stunning hotel.. loved the rooftop bar on 5th floor.. so nice to walk down the hall for a drink and snack. It has close parking, it was close to my destination, great shopping and food all around and lovely staff.

It was really pricey.. I wouldn't have been able to afford it if not for work.

"Girls trip to Cleveland"

A girls trip to Cleveland and an over night stay at The Cotton House Hotel was excellent! The suite was AMAZING. Everyone was so courteous. Everything was clean! We enjoyed our stay sooooo much!
