"Perfect stay."

Lovely quiet street, although just a stones throw from the town and all amenities. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped by the lovely and kind hosts who also provided essentials for breakfast and much more. We really could not have wished for better. The beds were extremely comfortable, it was such a relaxing break.I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

"Small flat"

In this house there are two flats, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The photographs on Booking.com information show a mix of both of the flats and not just the one. This review is for the upstairs flat only. Our visit took place in July 2024. The flat is accessed through two entrance doors, very small/tight entrance area and a full staircase up to the flat. In our opinion, it is a small flat with limited views, looking on to a street that was regularly used by large coach tour companies to park their buses and tour vans and run their engines early in the morning. The biggest room in the flat is the dining kitchen which has most of the facilities you would expect and also some supplies provided by the owners - for example cereal, milk, biscuits, rolls. These were appreciated. The flat is clean and well maintained. It has a small shared downstairs patio area accessed by a full set of steep, narrow stone stairs. We did not use the patio area due to the staircase. The flat is on the opposite side of the river to the main part of Inverness town centre and is next to Eden Court Theatre as well as Inverness Cathedral. Our favourite bakery in Inverness is just a two minute walk down the lane and here you can get amazing croissants, cakes, breads, quiche etc. There is also a large Tesco just a 2/3 minute walk away. At the time of booking and also the time of being there, the flat information on Booking.com stated that: “Each unit features a patio, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer.” *(We note that on checking today some of this information seems to have been amended after our visit). On arrival we found the information about the shower not to be accurate. There is no walk-in shower only a shower over a very narrow bath, so very tight little space to shower.

Super apartment just across the river from the main part of town but still lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarket close by . Very spacious apartment which just what we needed after spending a week in smaller hotel and BnB rooms . The washer/dryer was a bonus as was the outside terrace . Easy check in and the host supplies lots of goodies for breakfast, snacks , coffee and tea . Would highly recommend this for your stay in Inverness.

This is a perfect place to stay in Inverness - close to the city center (just a short walk over the beautiful River Ness), but in a nice, quiet neighborhood next to the Inverness Cathedral. There's a pretty garden out back, comfortable furniture in the living room, a well-stocked kitchen, a full bath, and little touches everywhere (like snacks, breakfast food, coffee and tea left for your use). Highly recommend!

"Amazing little stay"

Very spacious apartment with all the facilities one would need. Parking on street, with close access to main part of town. Loved our stay here! The host was very helpful and even popped in to say farewell when we left which was lovely.
