5 star customer service!! Modern new apartment with everything clean and set up beautifully. Easy central location. East checkin/checkout and very responsive to requests! They brought us a trifold mattress ahead of time and when we didn’t have enough towels showed up within about 15 minutes of a non-urgent request one evening through the app messaging on booking.com. Great service!

Could use more in terms of cooking supplies to be easy for self-catering. While they say they have blackout shades in the bedroom they had a pull down shade that was decent but no overlying black out curtains so the sun comes around the side and woke our little one up early. Ironically they told me they didn’t have them for the living room sleeping area but those had both blinds and curtains so were much closer to blackout (though the windows in the door have no covering so even in the dark let in lots of bright patio light that shines directly on the sofa bed. Not a big deal but a bit annoying.

Very nice place to stay in Palmer. Clean and stocked well. The layout is open and comfortable. It's within easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. The mountain views are lovely. We booked this at the last minute and were very happy with the immediate communication from the owner. Helpful, friendly and welcoming. This was a great find!

Perfect respite in the middle of camper van road trip. Chance to refresh, reorganize, clean up, do laundry, re-stock at local grocery and walk from unit to brewery and restaurants. You can park right next to front door of your unit. Really nice.

Beautiful and comfortable, new everything! Very clean. Plenty of towels, even specific washcloths for makeup removal. Fresh kitchen sponge and dish soap. Bottles of water in fridge for us. Above all— excellent customer service, facilitating holding our luggage upon early arrival and in morning of check out, as we were at an activity. Location is within walking distance of downtown eateries and shops. Quiet and private. Beautifully appointed suite. Marty, site manager. was especially helpful and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend.

The property was very new and was decorated beautifully. We stayed in the 2nd floor apartment of the main building and it was very comfortable. The whole unit was spotless. The neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything possibly needed. The large washer/dryer was also welcome on our road-trip across Alaska. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
