Bathroom could be cleaner. More attention to the details should be done. Need Better towels at the pool. They are tiny and thin so you need 4 just to partially cover your body. I’m a gold member and didn’t get offered perks that I was supposed to.

I asked for not smoking room and this room smelled like an ashtray…

For what I thought this hotel would be, it really disappointed. We didn’t go into the pool, so I can’t comment on that. It’s a neat layout. Restaurant took a long time to get drinks and food, and there were only one other table when we went. Hallways and room seemed a bit dingy and dark.

Room not very clean. Lots of dust. Bathroom fan caked with dust. Front desk rude when I checked in. People smoking right outside the front door. Bed was comfortable but I would stay elsewhere on my next trip.

Check-in was quick. Rooms are amazing. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.
