The room itself was clean and comfortable. I felt the pool could be cleaner. Way too many floaties for my comfort. And a hot tub would have been nice, as the water was quite cool.

Check in was slow. After standing in line for 15 minutes, the girl walked away and told me another girl would help me out. The other girl already had a lineup. After complaining about already waiting in line and having to wait again she did check me in.

Glass mugs and glasses no cardboard or plastic. Free full breakfast. Large corner room. Walk in shower, good for seniors ,on the down side there was no grab bars in the shower. Asked to be near elevator because of mobility issues and we received room very near it.
