"Great riverside hotel in downtown Janesville."

This is the best location in Janesville - on the Rock River, with great paths beside the river, and walking distance from cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. The hotel itself is great and squeaky clean. Every single staff member was welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious, the price is reasonable and includes breakfast and a 24/7 Starbucks coffee and tea station. There is a good restaurant and bar on site, plus a fitness center, a pool, and free parking right outside. This is our second visit and we'll be here again!

"Excellent help on the phone & at the check in desk"

I probably would have found or tried to find a less expensive hotel in Janesville, but the phone receptionists did such an excellent job and her very friendly attitude made me want to stay there! you would do right by letting her train other people on how a customer should be treated! And when I arrived, she also helped me check in with no hassles! her name is Marsol and she should be commended on her excellent job!!
